Our new simple design means never having to worry about what angle, or what type of pruner. The pruner sharpener has two grooves, each with a carbide cutter. Our new super thin design allows this pruner sharpener to fit inside the jaws of any pruner. Then you simply hold the blade perpendicular to the sharpener, and draw the blade through the grooves with a slicing motion. Four or five medium strokes per side and your done.

For sharpening anvil pruners, anvil loppers, and straight edge knives, you alternate between the left and right grooves. For sharpening bypass pruners, bypass loppers you only place the blade in the right groove. (Left handed tools go in the left groove). It has never been easier to sharpen your pruning tools!
